2. Deduction from Service Cost
Your 300 AED deposit is not an extra fee; it will be fully deducted from the total cost of your procedure on the day of your appointment.
3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. You are permitted to reschedule your appointment once and retain your deposit, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
The deposit is strictly non-refundable in the following cases:
Complete cancellation of the booking.
Failure to attend your appointment (no-show).
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice.
